The interpretation of the nuclear cross sections measured using accelerator neutrino beams involve severe difficulties, arising primarily from average over incoming flux. broad energy distribution beam particles hampers determination transfer to target, knowledge which is needed pin down dominant reaction mechanism. Overcoming this problem requires development a theoretical approach suitable describe interactions at energies ranging hundreds MeV few GeV. In paper, it argued that based on factorisation section provides consistent framework for calculation neutrino-nucleus in both quasi elastic and inelastic channels. near-degeneracy between models different assumptions, use electron scattering data advance understanding are also discussed.
